Working principle:
The pile in the flocking hopper is dynamically ejected by an electrostatic spray gun, masterfully driven by the synchronized operation of a motor and high-pressure air. This ingenious process pile is charged through ionization at the nozzle, enabling the pile to acquire a negative charge. As a result, the pile is swiftly propelled towards the target workpiece, where it is seamlessly embedded into the adhesive coating on the workpiece's surface, courtesy of the powerful forces of the air flow and the electrostatic field.
